CONSTRUCTION STAGES

FOUNDATIONS:Grate foundation is constructed from heaped concrete.

UPPER STRUCTURES:Durable walls are constructed from armed concrete, with embedded electric and hydraulic installations. The walls are inter-connected, and they are also connected to the slabs and the foundations. All of the above are connected by binding reinforcement and instantly heaped concrete.

SLABS:The plates are constructed from parts of premanufactured and of instantly heaped concrete.

All connections between the components and foundations are made by binding reinforcements and by heaped concrete. The resulting construction is a permanent and monolithic building extremely secure to fire and earthquakes

1. Foundation and floor from armed concrete
2. Masonry and plates made by armed concrete
3. Electrical installations (pipes, wires and main switch board until the exit of the buildings)
4. Hydraulic installations (water pipes with central water trap, drainage net until the exit of the buildings)
5. Complete insulation at the external walls with heat insulating materials 3-5cm thick and plastering.

7. Sanitary Articles
8. Carpenter works (internal doors, wardrobes and kitchen)
9. External aluminium frames (German-profile with double glass)
10. Heating and air–conditioning installations
