THE PRICELIST OF OUR REAL ESTATE DEPARTMENT

1. Commissions from property owners the for sale or rent of property

	Commission 2% + 19% Vat for the sale of your property within the town planning of Chania
	Commission 3% + 19% Vat for the sale of your property in the rest of the prefecture Chania
	Fee according to agreement for the special presentation and advertisement of your property
	Commission of one monthly rent + 19% Vat for the rental of your property
	Price reduction of 19% if you give us give us exclusivity for the sale / rental of your property

2. Commissions from purchasers and tenants of property

	Commission 2% + 19% Vat for purchase of property or
	According to agreement
	Commission for rentals one monthly rent + 19% Vat
	The same price list is valid in our partner offices in Rethimnon, Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos
	The payment of the commission is due after the completion of the transaction, on undersigning of the final contract. In case a pre-contract is signed, the real estate agent has the right to ask for payment of the half commission he is entitled to.
